Meet the Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is made up of passionate individuals dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and connecting the diamond painting community worldwide. Together, they bring diverse experiences and expertise to promote the therapeutic and artistic value of diamond painting for all.

Miguel Sarasa – Founder/ President
Miguel Sarasa discovered his passion for diamond painting in 2021 when a neighbor introduced him to the craft. Since then, he has found immense joy and therapeutic value in the art form, appreciating how it promotes mindfulness, relaxation, and creativity.

In addition to his love for diamond painting, Miguel is a dedicated Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten Autism teacher, where he brings compassion, patience, and creativity to his classroom every day. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit work and organizational leadership, Miguel has a proven track record of guiding successful initiatives and fostering community growth.

Miguel’s leadership experience includes serving as past President and Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis International, where he championed projects that made meaningful impacts in local communities. His deep commitment to service and leadership excellence now fuels his vision for the Diamond Painters Guild.

Driven by a passion to raise awareness about the therapeutic benefits of diamond painting, Miguel founded the guild to create a supportive, global community for artists of all levels. His goal is to inspire others to explore the calming and creative possibilities of diamond painting while providing a platform where enthusiasts can connect, share, and grow together.
Tammy Goleski – Vice-President
Hello, beautiful souls! My name is Tammy Goleski, and I’m excited to introduce myself as your new Vice President on the Board of Directors as well as the Regional Director for Diamond Painters Guild. I’m from Alberta, Canada, having lived in Northern Alberta my entire life. My passions include my family, my animals, honesty, integrity, longevity, Diamond Art, volunteering, and the joy of seeing people happy and enjoying life. As a proud Mohawk/Cree Metis businesswoman and a Gen X’er, I bring a spirited blend of passion, pizzazz, and an insatiable thirst for accomplishments and knowledge.

I believe that Diamond Art is not only fun and exciting but also offers significant benefits for the mind, body, and overall health. I have been immersed in diamond painting for almost four years, initially discovering its therapeutic potential while managing my anxiety. Each Diamond Art project I choose holds a personal purpose, resonating deeply with my journey and values. Alongside my creative pursuits, I have raised a blended family of five adult children with my wonderful husband, with whom I have shared nearly 16 years of companionship and almost 12 years of marriage.

Professionally, I bring a wealth of experience and a strong set of skills to my role. Over a 35-year career, I have honed my organizational skills, maintained focus in fast-paced environments, and developed excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills. My management journey spans 25 years—from serving as a team shift supervisor and assistant manager to excelling as a store manager and eventually a District Manager, combining expertise in marketing, business development, and sales. I’ve proudly taken on many hats throughout my career, each contributing to my growth and success.

Beyond my professional life, I am a very artsy individual with a diverse range of creative passions. I love to paint, draw, crochet, craft block comforters, design native jewelry, and, of course, create Diamond Art. My creative projects are a labor of love, and I delight in sharing them with friends and family, often gifting my designs once they’re completed.
